Hello - the customer's complaint is factual We did fail to get an inspection done on her vehicle at the time the warranty was purchased This failure extended repair times by roughly days Outside of that, all delays were related to approval by the warranty company Penske Chevrolet paid for all repairs that were not covered by the warranty and the customer has picked up her vehicle This issue has been handled internally and I believe all parties involved are satisfied Thank you
