I am [redacted] and bought some product. I decided after reading the concerns about the expense and products I chose not to open but return the product. I talked to the coach she stated I would be entitled to a full refund upon return of un opened merchandise which I did. Needless to they gave my 1000 $ plus the product they claim was never returned. Plse be aware of what your getting how others don't care after they get your Money. Thoroughly disappointed in the company.
I terminated my membership, yet they attempted to run my credit card 2x AFTER I terminated my membership. I called their customer service and they proceeded to tell me that I also had to terminate autoship, which is absolute rubbish. If one closes and terminates one's account, it would stand to reason, and logic would surely dictate that autoship be terminated. This is absolutely shady business practice, as I suspected it would be before I initially signed up. I DO NOT recommend going with this brand or business.
