I purchased a 5th wheel travel trailer in Aug from ** *** *** in Sacramento, Ca I was offered the Xzilon treatment for the inside and outside of my 5th wheel travel trailer to help guard against any type of spills and stains on furniture and any bug issues, fading, etc on the outside of the trailer The total cost of treatment was $and offered a year warranty against such defects The xzilon treatment was applied on both the outside and inside of the trailer and caused discoloration damage to both the sofa and loveseat The dealership was contacted immediately and began by submitting a claim to the manufacturer of the furniture along with pictures The manufacturer denied the claim on or before January 29, stating
"the discoloration was Damage This piece does not appear to be discoloringIf there is an uneven dye color on the vinyl, I would definitely say it is from color transfer or from someone trying to wash the vinyl with a harsh chemical Unfortu
