Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I did not admit anything about submitting a statement about this businessI was contacted by the person whom is the off the books worker at Y&Ai agreed to resolving this issue with the person who is an off the books worker at Y&ATheir statement about me not being a customer is offending because my car was in the care of Y&AI was told my car was gonna be in their care with the knowledge that the off the books worker was in fact apart of the shopMy belief was confirmed when that person was working on my car at Y&AWhen I received the receipt instead of me being written as the customer the off the books worker was listed as the customerThey listed him as the customer so they can protect themselves from being liable for my car being impounded while it was in there careMy car should of never been released without my consent In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

We immediately contacted [redacted](the complainant) after we received the complaint letter from Revdex.com. The complainant admitted that he made the false statement on this issue. He was not a customer of Y & A Car Care's. And Y & A Car Care has nothing to do with this...

I did not admit anything about submitting a false statement about this business. I was contacted by the person whom is the off the books worker at Y&A. i agreed to resolving this issue with the person who is an off the books worker at Y&A. Their statement about me not being a customer is offending because my car was in the care of Y&A. I was told my car was gonna be in their care with the knowledge that the off the books worker was in fact apart of the shop. My belief was confirmed when that person was working on my car at Y&A. When I received the receipt instead of me being written as the customer the off the books worker was listed as the customer. They listed him as the customer so they can protect themselves from being liable for my car being impounded while it was in there care.
