Review: I purchased a car from [redacted] (a.k.a Bubble King) and the owner of this shop. During the initial purchase there were a few small issues that we experienced. Such as pricing change, car year change and some cosmetic issues. Upon further inspection their were big problems such as a bad transmission, bad motor in for the windows, reported engine problems and bad o2 sensors. Once we found out about all of these we told both the owner of the shop and [redacted](a.k.a Bubble King)that we wanted a refund, the car barely picked up speed, what he had advertised and guaranteed was not what he had given us. He originally agreed and told us after we had the title, we could have the refund. Only when the title came he denied us the refund, he stopped answering phone calls and about 2 weeks after speaking to him the timing belt also broke. We were essentially sold a lemon, and he refuses to answer call give his name for a civil suit or give the refund.Desired Settlement: I would just like a refund as I've asked many times in the past month, I work hard for my money.I wasted time and money even lost my job going back and forth to DC from Baltimore trying to resolve this matter, only to be left paying insurance on a car I cant drive stressing over what to do about stickers because the car cant be inspected and cant be parked in front of my house with expired stickers, with no money to buy another and no way to get around, I just want this settled so I can move on.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I have spoken with the owner he has refunded my money after I returned the lemon car.thanks for your help in this matter.
