Hi, The customer as she said she put the mattress pad and stuffed animals in the lb washer which we been using all day everyday and we never have a problem but after she finished her wash she claimed that her mattress pad was ruined and damaged plus she said that she just bought the mattress pad and it's brand new but this changed after wardsI checked the mattress pad which you can tell it's not brand new and I checked the washer to see if there is anything sharp in it but there was nothing and in the mean time another customer used the same washer while she was there to wash her comfortable and it came out clean and no damageI explain to her that i'm sure there was a cut or damage somehow in the mattress pad before and when she washed it it cause all this plus everything was inside the mattress pad came out and end up inside the washer which we had to clean before other customer use itThe customer was not happy about my respond but if the problem was from the washer for sure I was going to pay her but she tried to hold us the responsibleEven I told her that you have the mattress pad and the stuffed animals in the washer why only the mattress pad damaged and not the stuffed animals, if there was something in the washer everything in it will be damaged tooThank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There were no stuffed animals in the washing machine with the mattress padThey were in the other washer (lbs) with the other sheets and my sons mattress pad, and the other lbs washer had three pillows in it to be washed The stuff animals he keeps referring too also are two small stuffed animals and by reading this it sounds like he is calling me a liar or perhaps they ruined the pad or that there was a tearThat mattress pad was ruined by his machineMy mattress pad was only a couple of days old and didn't look new after I took it out because the machine tore it up The owner did not see the mattress pad before the wash so he cannot make a claim that is was usedHe saw the aftermath and said that it was oldWhen I clearly stated that it was new and this is what the washer didHe called me a liar He did in fact clean it out the washer but did not inspect it, he allowed the next people (who ironically I knew from town) to go ahead and use itI find it funny on how the owner is still claiming I had an old mattress pad, when it was still pure white Has machine torn it up or burnt the top allowing the filling to come out My son unfortunately had head lice and we had to wash everything How can this man can claim it was an old mattress pad, when he never saw it before it went into the wash Why is he saying that I washed it with stuffed animals, when he was inside his little room watching TV and then flirting with the staff he had thereI did three loads of wash that day Two different ones in a lbs wash and another in a lbs and the other stuff did not get ruined When I was there a week ago I do remember that washer being out of use and a sign on itActually there were washers shut dayand when I went the day of the incident most of them were useable this machine being one of themAlso, the numbers on his business card that he gave me were not any numbers linked to the Laundromat I received a TXT that night stating I had the wrong number Sincerely, [redacted]

Hi,
I did not call the customer a liar but I just wanted to show you the truth and what happened that day.
I'm sure there was nothing wrong with the washer and as the customer stated that other customer used the same washer after, and it happened that she knows them, but in the mean time nothing happened to their laundry and came out of the same washer with no issues at all.
As I said before the customer had the matters pad, sheets and stuffed animal in the washer and as she said only the matters pad was ripped.
Please look at her first message or complain and the different in her second message or respond which it shows the different in her story !!!!!!!!!!!!!
The customer first messageI visited [redacted] on [redacted] in [redacted] to wash my mattress pad (new)only on the bed for three days. I had to wash my sheets and my sons due to an outbreak of head lice. In Washer #13 that is a 60lb washer that costs $6.50. I put in my mattress pad cover my sheet, two small stuffed animals and my full size sheets, with [redacted] detergent and hot water. When the cycle was over my mattress pad was ripped apart and all the stuffing was all over the machine. The man on duty which says he is the owner said it is not his fault, that it was an old mattress pad and was torn already. He told me I was lying and his machine did nothing. I told him it was a new mattress pad and I only had to wash it because of what my son had. That nothing else in my wash was ruined. When I asked him his name he refused to tell me. He gave me a receipt but the name [redacted] was crossed out. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. I also asked where there was a sign that stated not responsible for damaged items. He said he doesn't need to post it. The mattress pad I had was torn and I wasn't getting any reimbursement. I asked again for a business card and he gave it to me with a different name on it. I called and left a message o n that telephone number. He told me to take the mattress pad back tot the store and return it. I said are you kidding. You machine ripped it and you want me to bring it back to the store and said what. I told him that I was reporting him to the Revdex.com and he said he didn't care. His machines didn't ruin any other items, I was lying and put something that was ripped in his machine.
The customer second message

I am rejecting this response because:  There were no stuffed animals in the washing machine with the mattress pad. They were in the other washer (30 lbs) with the other sheets and my sons mattress pad, and the other 60 lbs washer had three pillows in it to be washed.  The stuff animals he keeps referring too also are two small stuffed animals and by reading this it sounds like he is calling me a liar or perhaps they ruined the pad or that there was a tear. That mattress pad was ruined by his machine.
My mattress pad was only a couple of days old and didn't look new after I took it out because the machine tore it up.  The owner did not see the mattress pad before the wash so he cannot make a claim that is was used. He saw the aftermath and said that it was old. When I clearly stated that it was new and this is what the washer did. He called me a liar.  He did in fact clean it out the washer but did not inspect it, he allowed the next people (who ironically I knew from town) to go ahead and use it.
I find it funny on how the owner is still claiming I had an old mattress pad, when it was still pure white.  Has machine torn it up or burnt the top allowing the filling to come out.
My son unfortunately had head lice and we had to wash everything.  How can this man can claim it was an old mattress pad, when he never saw it before it went into the wash.  Why is he saying that I washed it with stuffed animals, when he was inside his little room watching TV and then flirting with the staff he had there.
I did three loads of wash that day Two different ones in a 60 lbs wash and another in a 30 lbs and the other stuff did not get ruined.  When I was there a week ago I do remember that washer being out of use and a sign on it. Actually there were 6 washers shut day. and when I went the day of the incident most of them were useable this machine being one of them.
Also, the numbers on his business card that he gave me were not any numbers linked to the Laundromat.  I received a TXT that night stating I had the wrong number.

I hope this matter is closed after all and if I know that washer had a problem and it ripped the matters pad I will be happy to refund the customer all what she asked for but you can see what is she trying in her story. Thank you.

Hi,
The customer as she said she put the mattress pad and stuffed animals in the 60 lb washer which we been using all day everyday and we never have a problem but after she finished her wash she claimed that her mattress pad was ruined and damaged plus she said that she just bought...

the mattress pad and it's brand new but this changed after wards.
I checked the mattress pad which you can tell it's not brand new and I checked the washer to see if there is anything sharp in it but there was nothing and in the mean time another customer used the same washer while she was there to wash her comfortable and it came out clean and no damage.
I explain to her that i'm sure there was a cut or damage somehow in the mattress pad before and when she washed it it cause all this plus everything was inside the mattress pad came out and end up inside the washer which we had to clean before other customer use it.
The customer was not happy about my respond but if the problem was from the washer for sure I was going to pay her but she tried to hold us the responsible.
Even I told her that you have the mattress pad and the stuffed animals in the washer why only the mattress pad damaged and not the stuffed animals, if there was something in the washer everything in it will be damaged too. Thank you.
