Review: I purchased a keratin treatment at Y gallery salon through [redacted]. It was advertised to last "up to 4 months." When I arrived at the salon I was immediately told that their standard keratin lasts "4-6 weeks" and to receive a "boosted" treatment to last 4 months, I'd have to pay another $120. Once I declined that I was offered a "semi boosted" treatment for $60. This is blatant fraudulent advertising/bait and switch. I questioned this and the stylist told me that what I was saying couldn't be true. By the time I was able to pull up the add confirming that the advertisement noted a product to last 4 months, the product was already being applied to my hair. I have inquired with Lifebooker and was offered a $15 credit and a free blowout by the same salon (but I will not return there and trust them with my hair).Desired Settlement: A refund for the fraudulently advertised treatment.
