Dear ***:
This letter is in reference to the 5th wheel garage that I ordered on 11/22/2019. You came out to Gulf Breeze RV Resort to measure my 5th wheel and I paid you a deposit of $375.00 (50% of the total amount of $750) by way of check and was told the garage would be delivered and installed the week after Thanksgiving 2019.
As of the date of this letter (1/30/2020), I still have not received the garage. I called you on 1/3/2020 and you stated the garage was completed and that you were just waiting for the tracking. The tracking was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 12/31/2019, but due to Year-End it was delayed and you expected it the following Tuesday on 1/7/2020. You told me you would call me upon receipt of the track and install the garage.
Since talking to you on 1/3/2020 regarding the tracking, I have not heard from you and you have not returned my phone calls. I called and left messages on both 1/17/2020 and 1/29/2020.
At this point, I would like my original deposit of $375.00 back or the product installed. Please send the money back to my attention using the address referenced above or contact me to install the garage.

Refund Refund/no further contact. I sent the above to *** on 1/30/2020 by email, received a message back that the mailbox was full. I followed up with a text stating if I didn't hear from her today I would be contacting the Revdex.com. *** text me back three minutes later & stated she would call me later that day. I received a call back & she stated she would call me in the morning on 2/3 to tell me the time she was coming out to install the garage in the afternoon on 2/3. I never received a call from her.
