To Whom It May Concern,The attached copy of customer's concern has been taken care of We had the *** *** repaired for *** *** here at our facility Although *** *** was outside of her Maryland State Warranty we helped her with the repair *** *** was only obligated
to pay $for the engine (our dealer cost) as we covered the labor so there was no charge to her Along with taking care of the labor we had the vehicle picked up at her mechanic shop and brought to us with not charge to her With that being said *** *** has picked up the vehicle and is satisfied.Thank You,Carlos C***
