I ordered a product on this website based on the picture I saw displayed I was in a hurry and foolishly did not read the fine print description So, what I received was a box wrap and not the box I chatted on line, only option offered, and was replied to by a rep who did not give me any compromise or understanding I found the phone # for this merchant on the Revdex.com website, however they do not answer and their message box is full BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

This company had great looking products with super great prices If they could delivery on time it would be perfect and not wait until the week of your event and email you that your order is on back order for 1-weeksI didn't like the fact you can't talk to anyone they want you to chat

Worst company I have ever dealt with I placed an order for one item on April 16, I received an auto-generated "your order has been successfully placed" email back on the same day Heard nothing more from them until I had to check on my order status on May I could only communicate via chat...no phone service The lady I got on the "chat" was slow to response...had to ask if she was still on the line many times She tells me finally that the item was out of stock and would I like to order something else No, thank you Where is the email informing me that the item was out of stock? Where is the email stating that I would be getting a full refund? Supposedly I will be getting one today but we will see I think this is an extremely poorly run company where communicating with customers is A HUGE PROBLEM...from the lack of communication via email that my item was out of stock to the person on the chat line who had difficulty relaying her message Stay away from these folks...don't waste your time and money

I also placed an order and received an email stating the order was received and I fully expected it to be shipped out No message to the contrary When my flowers did not arrive I checked online with my account number and it came up that I had no order placed My credit card was already billed Tried to email them to no avail, called a number associated with my credit card purchase and the recording said the business was closed and business was open from - PST It was 2:in California when I called I tried live chat I could not connect to anyone then the live chat icon disappeared and only said "Email us", I put In a dispute with my credit card company and luckily was reimbursed

Worst service ever! I placed an order for hat favors and not only did I not get all my hats I got hats in different sizes that did not fit on my boxes When I emailed them they never responded to me so I had to chat online There was no person to talk to on the phone They finally told me my order had shipped and I would get it FridayI had placed another order but I was told in order to have that Friday I would have to pay additional money It is Friday and now I am told I won't get it until Monday My event is Saturday They can keep it and I will never do business with them again

I've never had a company give me 20% or 50% rebate and asking me to keep the itemThat's very unporfessional & I can't believe how CRAPPY the guest book and pen wasIt looks like you guys used glue stick to put the guest book together and you can see the glue through the pages! The front & back pgsLooked like the were suppose to be glued on to the cover of the guest book but they weren't, the spine of the book was dangling and not attached to the cover of the book, the pgshad creases, & the quality of the pen was so light and cheap I can't believe I have to pay to return it backIt's not worth having it lay around my house! I will NOT recommend Ya Ya Creations and I will NOT order from here again
