Yabai Enterprises

Factorial yabai enterprises sent me some pills and charged me $204.91 as per my Master card. They claim I got the facial cream which I didnot.I paid for it but found out they sent me the wrong product.I put it in dispute but it seems I am being played around because they stated via a phone call that they would reimburse me then changed their minds another 2 days later. I returned the pills and they claim I did not use a RMA which is a return authorization . They never explained that at the beginning but now they say I did not follow protocol for return and use a return slip. There was none on the package. I am being used for fraud reasons. I have documentations of my claim
