I've been trying to redeem my gift card that I got through my job (Queens Hospital)since a year ago without no chance to enjoy summer me and my husband. We would like to enjoy the experience to be in this cruise line unfortunately is not happening .Nobody pick up the phone. please I would like to speak with an agent to resolved this inconvenience. Review: I made reservation for six people to go on the yacht cruises , two days before the event they cancelled the reservation stating due to low reservation they had to cancell our reservation, and they ask me to refund my money or open credit to use it for one year , I chose open credit , However due to family issue I coudnt go know, I asked for my refund, they will not respond to my phone call or email ,I called and email 5 to 8 times , they wouldnt refund my money I paid $350 , I want my money Back.
