Yahoo needs to work on making things better for people or they need to sell their services to Google The Yahoo email set up sucks and so does the new Yahoo messenger does suck , I can't even set images the old classic Yahoo email and the way they had it back when it first came out was the best set up

Buyer beware-- Their policy allows them to rollover renew your account without advanced warning and with no refund of the funds after you attempt to cancelTried to block the funds via credit card since I was given no advance warning of the automatic renewal, and they fought it and re-charged me based on their fine printThey were happy to cancel the account when askedbut no money back per their shady policy

Absolutely, ridiculously bad!! I make it a point to write GOOD reviews, as I feel businesses need positive feedbackThis is the first time I am writing a "bad" reviewI purchased a new phone and needed to re-enter my email passcode for yahooI have had the same yahoo email for yearsTherefore, since it's an email that I have had for so long, my phone number and email for security were both no longer validSince my passcode was saved in my old phone, I never even thought about changing my security informationI haven't reset my email passcode in a very long time, and couldn't remember itNothing more to it, I forgot it! Well, after a few attempts, I was locked out with no way to reset my passcodeI call customer service, and they were more than happy to help meHA, joke is on me!! They will be happy to reset my identity and passcode after hours and for a $reset feeWT ***, what a scam!! I verified my birth date, last zip code I thought the email was registered under, last time I accessed the email, the description of the my email content, and offered to scan a picture of my driver licenseThat was not good enough!!! Pardon my french, but are you freaking kidding me? It's an access code I need to reset my email, that I clearly was able to prove was mineThat's it, a new access code - not days with a technical analystUNREAL!! I called months ago to cancel my account, as my charges went from per month (for space only), to $ I wanted a refund at that time, but they said their policy was not to refund outside of days They told me just let it expire, as I already paid for it I was now charged $for another year (automatic renewal), and I cannot get a refund because it's outside of days Downright fraud!! I told them I do not, have not, used their services, nor do I have need of their full small business services!!

I lost my access to my yahoo account on July 16, at approximately I received a message notice that I should change my password while I was in my account reading emailsI changed my password and have not been able to access my account for this past yearI have asked for password corrections about a dozen times to no avail

Horrible customer service!!! They no longer provider technical service. They send you around in circles in their "automated" customer care resolutions.

Poor business practices. Excessive advertising. When I close an advertisement, it doesn't mean load another in its place..

They are trying to make the free email a living dump in order to pressure people into buying a ad free service for 49.99...

I have the spam filter set up. Doesn't work. I have filters on spam email, they still get through. The [redacted] is absolutely terrible. Why would an accredited company allow this to go on? They are losing email customers that have been using their service for over 20 years. This is inexcusable. They will not fix this, or answer their phone.

I am beyond frustrated with Yahoo I have tried to contact they via [redacted] and Email, with no assistance. I try to call customer service and was told that I will be charged a one dollar fee which I already knew was a scam. Yahoo is not protecting their customers because by not having a customer service number they're leaving room for people to gain opportunity to scare people, which they have knowledge of this. They need to revise their website to better help users because is lacking in several areas. Yahoo really doesn't care because there are many people online they have the same issue as me but their not getting ant assistance either. Thank you.
