Yahoo needs to work on making things better for people or they need to sell their services to Google The Yahoo email set up sucks and so does the new Yahoo messenger does suck , I can't even set images the old classic Yahoo email and the way they had it back when it first came out was the best set up

I called months ago to cancel my account, as my charges went from per month (for space only), to $ I wanted a refund at that time, but they said their policy was not to refund outside of days They told me just let it expire, as I already paid for it I was now charged $for another year (automatic renewal), and I cannot get a refund because it's outside of days Downright fraud!! I told them I do not, have not, used their services, nor do I have need of their full small business services!!

Poor business practices. Excessive advertising. When I close an advertisement, it doesn't mean load another in its place..

They are trying to make the free email a living dump in order to pressure people into buying a ad free service for 49.99...

I have the spam filter set up. Doesn't work. I have filters on spam email, they still get through. The [redacted] is absolutely terrible. Why would an accredited company allow this to go on? They are losing email customers that have been using their service for over 20 years. This is inexcusable. They will not fix this, or answer their phone.

I am beyond frustrated with Yahoo I have tried to contact they via [redacted] and Email, with no assistance. I try to call customer service and was told that I will be charged a one dollar fee which I already knew was a scam. Yahoo is not protecting their customers because by not having a customer service number they're leaving room for people to gain opportunity to scare people, which they have knowledge of this. They need to revise their website to better help users because is lacking in several areas. Yahoo really doesn't care because there are many people online they have the same issue as me but their not getting ant assistance either. Thank you.
