Yak And Yeti Restaurant Inc

The manager of Yak and Yeti sent me a refund check for the $5.00 that they over charged me.  They also sent me a $10.00 gift certificate.  Although I am pleased to have my five dollars returned, I am disappointed that it did not happen until after I posted bad reviews on [redacted] and [redacted]...

[redacted]. I waited more than one week for them to respond before I posted bad reviews and contacted Revdex.com.  The manager stated several times that this was simply a mistake. I find that hard to believe since I clearly wrote “No Tip” on the tip line.  I would like them to produce that receipt to Revdex.com.  Anyhow, for this reason, I do not believe that I will ever return to this restaurant. As well, I am hoping that other patrons view their CC receipts to ensure they did not accrue extra chargers.     As for my complaint to Revdex.com. I am satisfied with the monetary refund of the over charge. But I can not help but to believe that this happens regularly.   Thank you for your responding to my initial complaint.
