Dear Sir or Maam, This is in response to a letter we received concerning a customer complaint to your firm about YakAttack LLC [redacted] you will find the response that was sent to the customer within minutes of his phone call to us on September 29, 2016, also [redacted] is a screenshot of the product page on our website The product in question is a hardware kit for a micro power pole, the micro power pole is not sold by our company, however, we do manufacture the kit that was purchased The part # in question is [redacted] and can be found at our website [redacted] The description of this product was a little confusing and apparently the customer assumed that the plate was included in this product for $ Unfortunately, this plate is much more expensive than our product, the plates range from $70-$each and can only be purchased thru the [redacted] When the customer called into us with his situation we kindly explained to him that this product was not the plate but the hardware and that the plate would not be purchased thru our company The picture on our website shows a clear version of the plate to show how the hardware in this kit is to be utilized only The customer did not want to hear our explanation about the product and he was told that he could return the product and we would issue a full refund, and of course we were very apologetic for the confusion it may have caused MrCobbAfter speaking to my customer service representative about the phone call, I reached out to Mr [redacted] myself to explain that I had issued a refund , I apologized for the situation and told him that he could contact me directly about the matterWe are not really sure how else we could have handled this situation other than the way we did We strive to provide the best customer service possible and we always put the customer needs and expectations first.Please let us know if you need any further information and we will gladly provide what we can for you Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter
