employees who served that night are present tonight, I shall be in contact with them to further investigate this matter I must also apologize for not opening my email from Revdex.com sooner, as I couldn't see the subject in all its entirety & thought it was just general info from them.We assure you that your complaint will be dealt with seriously & we'll work to resolve this matter promptly.Sincerely

I am rejecting this response because:This is quickly devolving into a my word against the business' word kind of conversation. While some of what Pamela is stating is true, some of it was not how I experienced it. Yes they were trying to rotate the songs among the customers, but that didn't change the fact that I didn't get a chance to sing a single song that night. Someone should have come and checked on who hasn't sung with each individual party. When I inquired about this with the bartender, the bartender initially said it was supposed to be 30 minutes and not 45 minutes. When I asked him to put the song in, he changed the wait time to 45 minutes, without explanation. Pamela also has failed to address the fact that both the bartender and the server put in their own songs without notice ahead of everyone else's songs. There was no altercation because I know how to behave myself in public. The bartender however was clearly trying to physically intimidate me and the rest of our party. The way in which the entire staff reacted that night was completely unacceptable, especially considering we are all regular customers in the lounge. This is all magnified by the defensive and indifferent responses by the owner of the business. Clearly Yakitori Boy does not care about their patrons, only about profits.
