They've bought my apartment building, and it's been nothing but confusion, stress, and disappointment. They've raised the rent, added fees, fired the on site manager that lived in the building that has been the best manager anyone could ask for, and hired some it kid, who's only answer to any questions is, "ummmm, I don't know, i'm just the messenger"... and he doesn't live in the building, speaking to him is extremely annoying-I could go on. Not only did they raise the rent, but they've fired the gardeners so the grass is about a foot tall now, leaves and dust everywhere, the place is a mess. According to the "on-site" manger, they don't have the budget for anything. I'm sorry for anyone that has to go through this.
