meet with Mr. [redacted] in person and we discussed his concerns regarding his [redacted] Deere Gator. We are waiting for the paint shop to fish the vehicle so it can be returned to Mr. [redacted].

Gator back to Mr. [redacted]. Unfortunately, we have had some vendor problems that cannot duplicate Mr. [redacted]'s requests on paint. I understand that this is not Mr. [redacted]'s issue but until we can find a paint shop that can accurately _duplicate what Mr. [redacted] is looking for we are having trouble satisfying him.
We axe trying to get Mr. [redacted]'s Gator back to him within a weeks time. We have apologized and offered Mr, [redacted] a discount for the extended time that he has had to wait.

On 11/23/15, I stopped by the shop unexpectantly. As entered the door a man asked if he could help me. I recognized his voice as being the owner. I asked him if he was and he said yes. Whenn I told him my name he stated" Didn't you receive your gator last week?". I told him no and he asked for a few minutes to speak to his employers. At no time during this entire ordeal did anyone at this business ever offer me a discount. On 11/25, a receptionist from the company called me and told me that it would be delivered on Monday. Monday came and went and it wasn't until Friday, 12/4 that they contacted me again setting up delivery. When I asked what my bill was they quoted me the original price, no discount. I told her that I wouldn't pay that. She called me 2 hours later and stated that they would seek legal action and they would be in touch.
