Third, contrary to the first sentence in your complaint, you know as well as us that you were giving positive testimonials' on how well you liked your ATV and that we were the place to go and purchase one from
Fourth, your problems stem from the fact you didn't take care of any ATV you've owned that we have seen (past or present)Pictures are "worth a thousand words", especially the ones on the unit in questionWarranty doesn't cover your failure to clean, maintain and service your unitFrankly, your unit is filthyNot only is the ATV exterior dirty but the throttle body is full of dirt and sandAlso, the top of the piston heads are full of dirt and sandWe actually took pictures of scrapping dirt and sand off the piston heads into an envelope for future referenceAll the dirt ingested by the motor caused the excessive ring wearNo motor, regardless of the manufacturer, can withstand that level of negligence, period! Also, we gave you more than one option to fix your ATV
In closing, you directly caused this problemPlease come in and pick up your unit before you incur additional costsYou will be required to call at least one day prior to picking up your ATV to schedule a mutual pickup time
