[redacted] is very nice gentleman and did a good job fixing my plumbing however, I was an american home shield customer and he did not receive the authorization before he started repairing my toilets therefore I ended up NOT receiving an authorization and paying OUT OF POCKET for something that should have been coveredI gave him a personal check and he said he would email me the receipt and I NEVER RECEIVED IT but the check was cashedthen after I pursued the issue with american home shield they agreed to reimburse me but now NO PROOF of work without an INVOICEI have called Yamaz numerous times and no responseMoral of the story is GET a n authorization first before work is done and DEFINITELY get a RECEIPT or INVOICE for the work completed no matter WHO pays!
