Thank you

Now, I am a quality manager, and so have reviewed many suppliers in the years I have been active in businessI know a problem when I see oneThis company is really just full of excuses as to why their service is bad, never offering a root cause or true corrective action
My short interaction with Yamber involved poor service from the beginning, right up to the time I separated myself from the propertyAfterwards, even with the managements complete denial of their wrongdoing, they to this day feel it necessary to seek some kind of reimbursement for things that were present form to outset!
I would not recommend this company to anyone!

This Property Management Company is terribleCommunication is extremely poorThey ignore maintenance issues and never respond to questions or maintenance emails sent to them through the resident portal unless you go into the office and bug themUnless it is a really major thing, like a large roof leak that I had, they ignore and put you off The main leak was fixed but it is not 100% fixed and there are several other issues that they continue to ignoreI would not recommend renting from this business at all

I am rejecting this response because:
Firstly, thank you for finally getting back to me. I am sorry it took going through the Revdex.com to get your attention. However, the credit reports are based on the fact that *** and *** have been reported to under the presumption that we did not pay our balance before the set date. If you are concerned about being responsible for clearing those reports, I highly recommend you call your collection partners, because both times I have talked to them they have said it is the responsibility of Yamber to write a letter to the bureaus stating that the debt needs to be removed from the reports
I have filed disputes with both *** and *** so that will make its way to you or the collection agency soon
I will call the collection agency againbut there is nothing I can do if they continue to claim it is your responsibility. At least now you've responded so we can work on this together!
Sincerely,
*** ***

I do not rent normally, I own a home, so my experience with Yamber has given me much insight into what not to expect, and/or do, the next time I am renting#1, Most agencies can spell out their agreement with the tenant in a one or two page lease agreementWhen you are asked to read and agree to a ten page document, you should really think twice about it#2, Always ask for a printed copy of the lease you have just signedThis company makes a PDF out of the lease to post on their non-functioning website(a) I have never been able to open the file(b) A PDF is the easiest file format to manipulate after it is createdI have worked with PDF's for yearsI have also spoken to people that have horror stories about Landlords that have added, and/or extracted info on leases after signingNow, I'm not saying that is what happened in my case, just that I was never given a copy on the day I signedBut, just for your informationIt is imperative that you get a copy immediately after signing, just to avoid the hassle of dealing with what I am dealing with now from this company#3, The unit walk through evaluation form you are allowed to fill out before signing the lease should be taken as a warning, not just a formalityMy opinion againIf you find yourself discovering too many problems to list, you should probably keep looking
