I have sent two emails concerning my order and have not got a response.

I ordered a train off of their website for my son's christmas present, I added 2 day shipping and never received any other information after my initial order confirmation email. They will not respond to any emails and the phone number is out of service.

I placed an order online with this company on Sept. *** (Fisher Price Fire Truck). I received an email confirming my order, in total for $36.78, including *** shipping. I made multiple attempts to contact the company via email and phone and still haven't received a response. If this store doesn't provide goods as advertised they should be marked as fraudulent.
