I have a copy of the letter that I mailed to her along with my waist trainer I ordered and PAID for detailing our
conversation the day before about her agreement for the even exchange and a copy of an email SHE sent to me saying she was processing orders and she was sending my product, but NEVER didI just want my product or my hard earned money I sent her for merchandise I NEVER received

Review: I ordered a 3 hook ultimate LAtex black waist trainer 3/**/2015 for the amount of $61.99 from my debit account. I emailed and called her several times she told me on 4/*/15 that she was out-of-stock and will send me a complimentary Ann Chery Purple the next morning. I never recieved that one either. I started commenting on her post on [redacted] and [redacted] about my refund or product and she deleted them. Recently she told me that she was under new management and to email her still have not recieved any response to my refund or product. It just pisses me off because she just think it is ok to take someones hard working money. I am a Registered Nurse in Virginia and refuse to let her get away with this. I have save all emails, to and from plus bank transaction for proof.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and to let others no that this is how she is treating her customers. Im sure there are others.

Review: I ordered a waist trainer from Fajas By YaNae in May 2014. The packge was postmarked May [redacted] and I received it about a week later. I ordered the item according to the size chart on her website. When I received the item on June *, 2014 in the mail and tried it on, it did not fit. I immediately called [redacted] to talk to her about the size chart and she stated to me that she had received a few complaints about the sizes. I also stated to her my concern about her 3-day return policy and that it would be impossible to return the item in that time frame. [redacted] agreed to accept my return. The next day, June [redacted], I followed up with a letter to [redacted] reminding her of our conversation the day before. I called one week later and [redacted] stated she had just received the original waist trainer that I purchased. She stated she was so impressed with my letter thanking her for accepting my return, that she agreed not only to send me the exchange, but that she would send me a sample of additional products.Two months or so after, I still had not received my order. I called [redacted] again and she asked me to email her my address and she would get it out to me - weeks later, no waist trainer. Months later, still no waist trainer. In August 2014, I emailed [redacted] again and told her I was no longer interested in the exchange, just send me my original waist trainer that I already paid for and I will find someone to sell it to. As of this date, I still have not received my waist trainer. [redacted] makes excuse after excuse as to why she has not mailed out my waist trainer and enough is enough. I want my money back or my waist trainer I already PAID for.Desired Settlement: I would prefer to have my waist trainer because I paid my hard earned money for it. But at the same time, I will accept a refund because I refuse to support a business that would treat their customers like that. I don't want to deal with a [redacted] that would take a customer's hard earned money
