Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: they are associated with all the businesses there and it is their names that gets the people there They encourage individuals to buy and follow their lead By allowing all these vendors to participate in their advertised seminars they are therefore representing these businesses as reputable or they should be warning all participants not to use these vendors I think the response is a cop out on their part, they have got rich from the scam they are running and continue to run the same thing over and over - they just have their vendors change their names once there are enough complaints Sincerely, [redacted]

The Company has received the customer's rejection despite awarding the customer the desired resolution of a full refund (see attachments)The Company asks that the customer allow 3-business days and reminds the customer that February 20, was an official holiday, meaning federal branches and financial institutions were closed, and this day will not be counted as a "business day." There is no further obligation required by the Company to satisfy this complaint; therefore, they consider this matter closed

The Company has received the customer's responseThe Company is actively looking into the matter and will contact the customer within the next 24-hours to resolve

The Company has received the complaint from the customer filed with the Revdex.com (Revdex.com). The Company provides education and training on a variety of financial topics. Additionally, events are held where dozens of third-party vendors and exhibitors are invited to attend. The purpose of...

these expo events is to give the customers an opportunity to build a network of product and service providers who can assist with their financial objectives. The Company does not sell real estate, nor do they operate as a brokerage and profit directly from each real estate sale (like tradition agent relationships). The Company suggests the customer contact the real estate company directly regarding a resolution to the concern involving the real estate assets.

The Company has received the reply from the customer and will reach out directly to more fully understand their concern. As soon as a resolution is reached with the customer, the Company will update the Revdex.com.

The Company has received the customer's rejection regarding the Company's response. The Company likewise rejects the customer's response - the opinion and allegations made by the customer are absolutely false and all claims made are baseless and false. It is the Company's opinion that the relationships between all event hosts and exhibitors are made abundantly clear at the time of introduction and that each business is dramatically different, in its ownership, products, services, customers, etc. The Company makes every attempt to select the most reputable, professional, outside, third-party vendors to participate in its events but all business relationships attendees enter into is done completely of the customer's choosing. Prior to allowable entry into the event, every registered attendee reviews and signs a one-page disclosure form disclosing the fact that "exhibitors may offer additional products and services," and that "[the Company] does not require [you] to purchase any of these products or services." It continues further, "The [Company] also is not responsible for fulfillment of products and services sold by third-parties. Rather, the responsibility for such fulfillment is between you and any third-party you purchase additional products and services from." It goes on to further educate and inform the the event attendee of the types of products available and their duties as a potential purchaser of said products to consult their own financial, tax, legal advisors to evaluate all risks, consequences, and suitability of a transaction, prior to purchasing or entering into a business relationship with that company. This language was not buried in some fine print terms and conditions - it was printed on a single sheet of paper, in 12-point font, and represents 1 of only 7 points to read and understand prior to agreement in the form of a physical signature. The Company has provided a copy of this agreement as an attachment for the customer to review and recall. The products offered by some of the vendors vary greatly - some provide nutrition and wellness, some provide insurance products, some provide tax services, some provide traditional brokerage services, some provide real estate assets, some provide legal services, some provide alternative energy solutions such as solar - the list goes on. It is the intention of the Company to host an event and bring individuals and businesses together - all relationships and contractual agreements between these individuals and businesses are completely independent and unknown to the Company. For this reason, the Company reaffirms its previous position previously made and suggests that the customer contact and work directly with the independent, third-party company she entered into a contract with and purchased from. This Company is not a party to a separate transaction between the customer and and independent, third-party business cannot be held responsible for resolution on the matter in question.

The Company has received the customer's rejection despite awarding the customer the desired resolution of a full refund (see attachments). The Company asks that the customer allow 3-5 business days and reminds the customer that February 20, 2017 was an official holiday, meaning federal branches and financial institutions were closed, and this day will not be counted as a "business day." There is no further obligation required by the Company to satisfy this complaint; therefore, they consider this matter closed.
