On 6-21-I made a verbal agreement with *** *** as we walked around the house and she was showing me how previous contractors had left the job unfinishedI decided to help her based on ( time & Materials) I borough my guys over to start working and encounter so much rotted wood,
handrails, window trim and window framesas a home owner I understand the frustrations of having work being done at your housewe started getting pressure from *** which is understandable, she wanted it done, This caused painters not wanting to return to work, I was short handed, I communicated to her that I was trying to get more help but the next day she decided to bring another contractor to complete the scope of workI didn't get e chance to fully complete the job.I am really sorry for the inconvenience.
