August 31, 2015Dear [redacted] and The Revdex.com:Yang Tran, Increceived the complaint with the assigned ID [redacted] and appreciates the opportunity to respond.On Friday, June 5, 2015, the customer entered our establishment and withdrew money from the ATMHe made a purchase and told the clerk that he gave the clerk a $bill withdrawn from the ATM in the establishmentThe ATM in the establishment dispenses only $billsThis means that the customer received two $billsThe ATM does not dispense, and has never dispensed, any bills other than $The clerk explained that to the customer, but the customer was insistent that he gave the clerk a $bill and became aggressive.After the clerk requested that the customer leave the property, the customer attempted to yank the machine out of the wallAfter he was unsuccessful, he pulled a section of the machine with so much force that he snapped the cords in the machineThis was captured on Surveillance footageThe police arrived and issued him a citation for intentionally damaging businesspropertyYang Tran, Incstands by its assertion that the ATM has never, and still does not, dispense any bills other than $10.Thank you for your timeSincerely yours,Chi-Ser T

This means that the customer received two $10 bills. The ATM does not dispense, and has never dispensed, any bills other than $10. The clerk explained that to the customer, but the customer was insistent that he gave the clerk a $20 bill and became aggressive.After the clerk requested that the customer leave the property, the customer attempted to yank the machine out of the wall.
