(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT ACCEPT the response from the business.)

I do not accept because a breach of contract has taking place in this whole ordeal. If the dealer would like to double the down payment that would add up to 1,000 for the Jeep and 300.00 a month we could both put this behind us, and this would keep us on as customer. We have been doing business with them for over 25 years. As far as the money we gave being given back, that was because the main office said we could start over and make it right. Look at how long they kept the down payment in-which no down payment was needed because of the offer at first. We also still drive the re-call jeep that we got from them, and they have not made that right as of yet. We will not stand by and let the word game of smart dealers make a fool out of us. This came in on this because of the special that was taking place. They sign the contract and toke the money out of the account without giving us the Jeep. The bottom line is the deal was made and our money was taking, plus the Ins. was change over to the New Jeep that was park in the driveway waiting for me to pick it up. The sale person check our credit out three weeks before he sign the contract and made the withdraw from the bank.

Review: I was originally told by the [redacted] salesman [redacted] that the vehicle's navigation system would work just like my cell phone. When I picked the [redacted] up the navigation system was not working. A few days later the company then provided me with a code to activate the navigation system. When I entered the code, the system still did not work, I brought it back to [redacted] and they got it to work but they couldn't make it work the way it was explained to me it would work. I have since talked to Mr [redacted] 3 times, each time he has agreed that my navigation system should work the way it explained it would work by his company. He has also promised me a solution to this issue and has told me he would call me back. To date I have made over 10 phone calls to Mr [redacted], the last 4 phone calls and a letter sent by [redacted] on December 1st 2014 have gone unanswered! Please help I have tried to be as patient as possible to get this resolved, but it seems that Mr [redacted] is avoiding me and does not want to stand behind what his company has sold me.Desired Settlement: I want the Navigation system that was promised to me.

Review: On Wednesday September 22nd my 2012 Certified Pre-Owned [redacted] was in for check engine light. I was charged $72.85 for service pertaining to a vacuum leak. My vehicle is under extended MFG warranty for 90 days or 3K miles. They were apparently unaware of this and I paid the cost. The service manager Dave S[redacted] refuses to refund my payment and would like to extend me a credit toward future service.I will NEVER take my vehicle there for anything again and I [redacted]t the cost refunded to me. I don't [redacted]t a credit. It was their error and it's been two weeks with no resolve. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone nor will I take my vehicle there.Desired Settlement: Refund my $72.85 Immediately.

Review: I purchased a preowned vehicle with an [redacted] extended warranty (vehicle service contract). I no longer want the warranty due to the fact that the warranty failed to repair my vehicle when I needed it repaired. I have contacted both GARAVEL JEEP CHRYSLER DODGE AND THE [redacted] WARRANTY COMPANY requesting to cancel and refund the prorated amount of this extended warranty. Both parties confirmed that [redacted]ould have to begin the process of cancellation, which included a cancellation form filled out and signed by both myself and a dealership personnel. I have called the dealership numerous times asking to speak to a representative who can assist me, each call was sent to an employees voicemail. On two occasions I left voice messages explain my purpose for calling and number I can be reached at. On dec 18th, 2015 I filled out this form and personally brought it to the dealership at [redacted] The receptionist who insisted on attempting to help me even when I asked to speak to a supervisor had to speak with an "employee in the back" to help start the cancellation process. I was then told to call and speak with christine who was not present in the dealership that day but would handle my cancellation. I have called multiple times and only received an automated voicemail.Desired Settlement: Refund the prorated amount quoted by [redacted] dealer services which was about $1,700.00 at the time of cancellation request (Dec 18,2015) to my loan. As stated by the cancellation department of all state dealer services.
