Yankee Propane is the WORST company I have ever dealt withThe customer service representatives are EXTREMELY rude, not to mention their fees and rates are not competitive and frankly are ridiculous!! After running out fuel I was told I would have to pay $dollars for an emergency delivery, which is understandable, however, I have to wait days for my emergency deliveryConsidering they expect me to wait days I think it's pretty nervy to expect $feeI would totally understand if they were making a delivery with in hoursThey clearly don't value their customers at ALL!! I have been with them for years and very disappointed in the lack of customer care I have cancelled my service with Yankee Propane and apparently I have to wait up to weeks to get my deposit back REALLY???? They sure expect their $ instantly, but expect me to wait weeks to get my $ back They try to bend people over a barrel, making it difficult to switch companies due to the fact you likely will need a deposit for a new company A lot of people out there live paycheck to paycheck making it financially difficult to come up with anotherJust another crappy company that uses unethical tactics to retain customers, based on my experience it's obvious that the reason people stay with them is simply because they cant afford the expense of switchingDON'T USE THEM unless you enjoy absurd fees, poor customer service, rudeness and a HUGE headacheThere are several companies to use that actually value their customers, so don't waste your time or $ with them I can see why they are NOT accredited by the Better Business, nor should they be I will be sure to makes sure everyone I cross paths with is aware of this shady company and their practices

After running out fuel I was told I would have to pay $150 dollars for an emergency delivery, which is understandable, however, I have to wait 3 days for my emergency delivery. Considering they expect me to wait 3 days I think it's pretty nervy to expect $150 fee. I would totally understand if they were making a delivery with in 24 hours. They clearly don't value their customers at ALL!! I have been with them for 3 years and very disappointed in the lack of customer care. I have cancelled my service with Yankee Propane and apparently I have to wait up to 6 weeks to get my deposit back. REALLY???? They sure expect their $ instantly, but expect me to wait 6 weeks to get my $ back. They try to bend people over a barrel, making it difficult to switch companies due to the fact you likely will need a deposit for a new company. A lot of people out there live paycheck to paycheck making it financially difficult to come up with another. Just another crappy company that uses unethical tactics to retain customers, based on my experience it's obvious that the reason people stay with them is simply because they cant afford the expense of switching. Review: Yankee Propane over charge be $76.13 on */**/09. They sent me a statement on */**/13 showing the credit of $76.13. I have not been able to collect the money. Thank you for your helpDesired Settlement: Get my money due me

In response to the complaint ID [redacted]. Yankee Propane recently converted to a new software program that automatically sends statements to all of our customers. [redacted] received a statement dated 6/**/13 as a result of this. The reason Yankee Propane

had updated our software is the fact that our accounting program in the past, was Jacking in tracking customer credits.

[redacted] had not contacted us to request his refund. We will be more than happy to refund [redacted] money due him. We will

be mailing him a refund check ASAP. Thank you for notification In this matter,
