I purchased a 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora in December 2013, it was dying and wouldn't run a month later. I took it to Lithia Chevrolet for diagnostics then called the car lot and they told me to take it to their mechanic. I took it him 3 separate times, every time being told it was "fixed" and it had the exact same problem each time. I talked to Anthony Yannello again and he said he would cover the cost of repairs and took it to another mechanic, they had it for 5 weeks and when I got it back a day and a half later I talked to Anthony and his response was that I should sell the car. I took it back to the mechanic and he fixed it again. I drove it for almost a month before it completely stopped working. I couldn't afford to take it back to the shop because of health problems I can't work so I am limited financially. I contacted them by mail and asked for a refund and they denied it and said I could use is as a "trade in" but I do not feel confident with trading it in and getting another potential problem car for them sit it just sits in my driveway.
