Being sent collection notice for $495.95, for something we did not sign up for. Failure to provide terms and agreement, when requestedReceiving collection letters through the fax for $495.95. We did not sign up for the advertisement. Spoke with [redacted] in collections multiple times. He said that we signed up in 2009 and the price was in the "Terms and Agreements". Requested him to fax so that I could verify, on 7/24/2013. Never received the documents. It is clear that we did not sign up for this because it has us listed in a completely wrong category. A few months before receiving and speaking with collections, I did some research and found that the company changed its name and recently changed websites. Feel as though this company is trying to scam a small business and many others.Desired SettlementStop sending bill/collection letters when we did not sign up for this. Consumer Response I have received another collection letter from this company. Statement give a transaction date of 11/25/2013 which is completely false. I have not done anything with this company nor will I ever.

YAPD sent an invoice to our office for 494.99 for services not ordered from our office. On 3/17/14 I received a random bill ([redacted]) from YAPD for $494.99. They said they started on-line advertising services for my former business starting 05/12/09 with no charge, but charged from 11/15/13. I never authorizing services or signing a contract for these services. YAPD listed [redacted] as the contact on the bill and I have never spoke with him. The bill was dated 11/22/13 and it said the bill was due on 2/13/14 for payment in full. I have tried to call YAPD in the excess of 3 times to dispute the bill and every time I selected to speak to accounts payable or an operator I was connected to a voice mailbox and then dropped from the system. My business was for a contract with the military and did not require advertisements or any other services from this or anyother company. I am 100% sure this is a scam on there part and I am not comfortable sending them an email or a fax in order to address this issue.Product Or Service: Nothing was orderedOrder Number: [redacted] (according to the invoice)Desired SettlementWould like my name removed from company's database and letter stating invoice was sent in error.

I received a bill for "Listing" my business in the amount of $494.99, with an "Order date" of 11/5/13 taken by "Representative" [redacted]. My business was not in existence at the phone number at the time the order was supposedly taken, and no one at the phone number listed for the business gave authorization for this service. I have tried calling multiple times (1-877-511-YAPD)to rectify this problem and just get a recording. I received an invoice from YAPD stating that my company owes $494.99 for a bold listing. I am unaware of any services that the invoice has stated. No authorization was given to YAPD for anything to be listing by them.Order_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI am requesting that YAPD zero out the balance and remove my company from any and all listings. I also am requesting that there be no contact to my business from YAPD.

Received an invoice and "past due" reminder for services that were never ordered or requested.On 3/17/14 we received an invoice ([redacted]) indicating that an order had been placed on 11/14/13 and that payment is now overdue and that this invoice is "A Friendly Reminder". The person identified as the "contact" to have placed this order does work for our company, but in a position that would not have had her negotiating contracts like this one.I called to resolve the issue and have not heard back from them. It seems like some sort of scam, where an invoice is sent with the hope that a company's accountant will simply pay for alleged services provided without researching to see if there is actually a contract in place or not.Desired SettlementAs this company will not answer the phone or return phone calls, I simply want them to refrain from sending additional invoices requesting payment for services not ordered.
