A staff worker employed by Yardnique Inc. damaged our house while servicing our lawn (under an HOA contract.)Over this past weekend, I became aware of some damage that was incurred on the property where my wife and I live. The damage is on the outside of my Lanai and was due to a lawn worker using equipment too close to our.I live at [redacted] Drive [redacted] and Yardnique does all landscaping work associated with our grounds. We also live in an adult community whereby there are no children which would cause damage similar to that shown in the picture.This is a new house essentially under the builders warranty and the landscapers rush to try to complete their tasks. In this case, the rush job instilled damage to my metal Lanai and I want the damaged piece replaced I contacted our HOA regarding the damage and [redacted] gave me the e-mail information of Yardnique and informed me that someone would get in touch with me regarding the damage. It has been over 24 hours and I have not heard from Yardnique. I sent them a picture of the damage which is equivalent to an edger being used up against my house (the metal Lanai.) Please see the pictures as a picture will more explicitly show the damage.This happended over the last few weeks but I did not witness precisely when the incident occurred due to the fact that my wife and I are aware from our home during the day.Desired SettlementI want them to replace that piece of metal and make the Lanai look as if it was brand new. I do not know if this comes in multiple pieces or how it is constructed but I believe that I am entitled to have my Lanai look like it was brand new without having an edging cut out out portions of the metal.As far as I'm concerned whatever Yardnique has to do to make this right - is what they should do.
