Yard Pros Landscaping

Review: My husband and I hired Yard Pros Landscaping in March 2013 to pour a patio and walkway in our back yard. [redacted], the owner, met with us and discussed the plan for the patio. A few errors were made - there was supposed to be a border around the patio, they forgot; we had to pay extra for a stamp that they were supposed to have; they miscalculated the amount of concrete they needed to complete the project. [redacted] said that he would come back a seal the patio at no extra charge. After several calls and excuses we are still waiting to have this done. Now a large crack has developed where they were short on the concrete all the way across the walkway, so this will need to be addressed now also. Our neighbor also had concrete work done at the same time and had errors made in his yard as well. [redacted] was going to give him two trees. This has not been done either.

I would like them to fix the crack up to and including a re-pour if necessary and seal the concrete as promised. In addition, I would like them to give the trees to my neighbor that were promised.
