Rather than try to correct all of Mr***'s misrepresentations, let me just restate the indisputable facts:He damaged my stone wall and aluminum fence with his snow plowHe patched up the stone wall and did some work on the fence at his own expenseThe stone wall clearly shows it has been damaged, but I said I would live with thatThe fence gate does not work the way it did before Mr [redacted] damaged it, I have documented these issues beforeHe has refused to either restore the fence to its pre-damaged condition with his own efforts at no charge to me, or else pay for [redacted] (original installers) to repair the fenceIn the process he has disparaged the quality of work and reputation of [redacted] and has slandered me, calling me an "extortionist" that he might agree to "pay off".My original offer still stands: restore my fence to the working order it was in before Mr [redacted] damaged it, or pay [redacted] to do soAs for the $charge for [redacted] to perform the repair, that was simply my conservative estimate of what they might chargeIf Mr [redacted] is now willing to pay them to do the work, I will get a specific estimate for the repairs from [redacted] ***, though I imagine it will be significantly more than the $I was suggestingAlternatively, Mr [redacted] can do nothing and continue to blame others for the damage that he caused Regards, [redacted]

We were doing the snow removal and plowing for Mr [redacted] at [redacted] Unfortunately we got inches of snow this season and his driveway was full of snow At this point the association wanted to get rid of the snow but didn't want to pay the expenses for removal of the snow and we were asked to put it over the fence where it was already packed with snow In the process the front end loader hit the corner of the wall lifting the snow over his fence We were contacted by him saying the lock on his gate was broken and the wall was hit We told him in the spring we would fix it We went in there to fix it and his wife sent us an email of what a nice job that we did fixing it As we were there fixing the wall we noticed that the soil was unstable all around the fence and the posts were not stable at all I told him that the soil was not stable at the top of the wall and the fence was moving My offer to him would be to open up the holes around the posts to see what is going on with the soil or the fence If it has nothing to do with us I would expect to get paid for any further repairs needed I feel like we are being extorted by Mr [redacted] for repairs above and beyond what damages we causedI would prefer option above but if we had to pay him off that would be option Please provide me with a detailed invoice for the $repair from your fence company, as I think it is a different problem going on with his fence than he believes

Rather than try to correct all of Mr. [redacted]'s misrepresentations, let me just restate the indisputable facts:1. He damaged my stone wall and aluminum fence with his snow plow.2. He patched up the stone wall and did some work on the fence at his own expense.3. The stone wall clearly shows it has been damaged, but I said I would live with that.4. The fence gate does not work the way it did before Mr. [redacted] damaged it, I have documented these issues before.5. He has refused to either restore the fence to its pre-damaged condition with his own efforts at no charge to me, or else pay for [redacted] (original installers) to repair the fence.6. In the process he has disparaged the quality of work and reputation of [redacted] and has slandered me, calling me an "extortionist" that he might agree to "pay off".My original offer still stands: restore my fence to the working order it was in before Mr. [redacted] damaged it, or pay [redacted] to do so. As for the $150 charge for [redacted] to perform the repair, that was simply my conservative estimate of what they might charge. If Mr. [redacted] is now willing to pay them to do the work, I will get a specific estimate for the repairs from [redacted], though I imagine it will be significantly more than the $150 I was suggesting. Alternatively, Mr. [redacted] can do nothing and continue to blame others for the damage that he caused.

We were doing the snow removal and plowing for Mr [redacted] at [redacted] Unfortunately we got 111 inches of snow this season and his driveway was full of snow.  At this point the association wanted to get rid of the snow but didn't want to pay the expenses for removal of the snow...

and we were asked to put it over the fence where it was already packed with snow.  In the process the front end loader hit the corner of the wall lifting the snow over his fence.  We were contacted by him saying the lock on his gate was broken and the wall was hit.  We told him in the spring we would fix it.  We went in there to fix it and his wife sent us an email of what a nice job that we did fixing it.  As we were there fixing the wall we noticed that the soil was unstable all around the fence and the posts were not stable at all.  I told him that the soil was not stable at the top of the wall and the fence was moving.  My offer to him would be to open up the holes around the posts to see what is going on with the soil or the fence.  If it has nothing to do with us I would expect to get paid for any further repairs needed.  I feel like we are being extorted by Mr [redacted] for repairs above and beyond what damages we caused. I would prefer option 1 above but if we had to pay him off that would be option 2.  Please provide me with a detailed invoice for the $150 repair from your fence company, as I think it is a different problem going on with his fence than he believes
