Not much has changed with this situation since we last spoke on the phone. This complaint is from two winters ago and there is no documentation of the damage or notification of it. The damage is a fist sized...
dent on the trim around the garage door. This damage doesn't appear to be done by a snowplow. There is also other damage done to the door and trim in other areas, not done by a plow. Since our contract was with a management company representing the HOA board, we are working with current management company in regards to this matter. The management company agreed with our concerns about this arising years later. We have left it with management company and hoa. We haven't had any further communication on this matter.
