Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below [Anything and everything can be said, or written on a piece of paper, but somethings can be proven without alteration (since it is your word against mine), if you wish I can provide the list of incoming and outgoing messages and calls from my cell phone carrier from 11/25/to this date, it shows a conversation to the office which lasted minutes on 12/06/(see picture)when I explained to you, the face to face conversation sustained with [redacted] on the not only that, it can also prove that no attempt of communication has been done from your side since December 7th at 8:AM, when you called and left a voice message saying that you would send a new invoice showing what you now claim is what I had agreed with ***, I also have several of the text messages I sent to him with a lack of answer from his part the last ones on December and (see pictures)when I informed him that I would contact the Revdex.comIt is not the first time your company, is responding to a complaint with the Revdex.com, a quick check up online at sites like [redacted] where people post reviews and/or calling Revdex.com institution itself by anyone will prove otherwiseThe bill that you submitted you wrote and strike through, if you add up the amounts you wrote in blue would add to 2650, in that case I would be owing your company $for “additional work” as written by you, I highly doubt due to the circumstances and as your boss claimed on the phone “he has too many years in business to allow something like that” (charging only or doing any work for free) I have uploaded the original proposal which he gave to me, not the carbon copy you keep, clearly showing what was written by [redacted] and the blue original writing that it had, showing that we informed him we found your company at [redacted] , and the kind of work we called initially for, except of course for the small note I wrote to keep in mind after speaking with [redacted] on the 12/28/that he would do the stump removalThe circle on the bottom, that also reflects in your “corrected” proposal shows clearly the sum of plus and total (not as you say was original quoted )which is the amount [redacted] agreed and wrote at the end of the proposal when we met that first day, the original quoted amount of for the removal of one oak tree section in our front yard (the trunk of the tree is split in two sections, one leans against the house , see picture) was changed that first day, after we told him if he would consider since it was a factor in us deciding to go with his company to do the work and he was doing removal in the backyard of another oak tree and trimming of all the rest trees for 1850, which he accepted to leave at and that is why it is circled and under the original pricing, not trimming of the limb as you suggestNo mention was made of how many inches the wood would be split but based on that the wood that was left at our property is larger most of it than 18” which I can also prove with pictures (and a measuring tape), the house never had vines which I can also prove and as I told you when we spoke on the 12/6/15, but he wrote it in our quote to what end we don’t know since of course it made no sense to us; it also shows the note of cleaning of the leaves which you omitted (that wasn’t done by your company), the wood lot that he agreed to clean for (not as you wrote), and writes that is to the left of my house is actually to the right another statement I can’t be aboutSo based on your logic if it wasn’t written in the proposal as you suggested it wasn’t agreed on, I could use that same logic but that would put you in a hard spot And to add injury to this, when the personnel of the electric company came to see the lot, they informed us that the method of spikes was inconsiderate to their and our trees, because the climb opens the trees to infection through the holes made by it, and that we should request your insurance because your company is liable for any tree in my property or theirs that breaks or falls affecting my property due to that, and that I can also proveAt the end we only want what is fair, as I had told you a couple of times before your company stopped responding to our calls and messages, which is our money $or the service provided] Regards, [redacted]

I spoke with the customer [redacted] and I went over the invoice with herI was also in the office when [redacted] was on the phone with her and he gave her the price againAs far as the wood, we told her that we can cut it in piecesWe do not cut and split the wood thereThe tree guys do not have that equipment
