Review: The company hired contractors to install a play set in my backyard last year. In the process, they installed broken material which required a phone call to have them come out and fix it. However, they also cracked my vinyl gate and when the owner came out he took pictures and said he would fix it. I told him I would not pay him the remaining money until he fixed the fence. One year later the fence is still cracked and he now is sending me an outstanding balance. He claims to have been to my house to fix the fence three times this winter. The fence was never fixed and we were never approached.Desired Settlement: Either he repairs the fence and I pay him the remaining balance or he discounts e balance by a fair amount and I get the fence repaired.
