letter I got on April 28, 2015, case ID [redacted] came to my store to unlock his phone and to get a new simple mobile service, I told him from the first day that, plans with activation fee will not be refundable as I post it on the wall for every customer to see and its on the receipt we give as well. The plan he purchased was a $60 simple mobile monthly plan with a $20 activation fee (what he actually states on the claim is $50 which is wrong), he brought a phone to be unlocked and I told him its $50 for that, and later that day, I gave him his phone unlocked and working fine with the plan he purchased. I showed him before he took it, everything was working even the internet, he was happy when he left. At that time I also told him not to mess up with the setup inside. But, after a few days he called and told me that his phone is not working, I asked why, and he told me he was trying to set up his Multi-media text messaging, then the phone stopped working. this happened because he ruined the set up inside. So I kindly agreed to take a look if its fixable what he did, he brought the phone I tried by best, but the phone cannot be unlocked with the same procedure anymore. After all this I agreed to work on the issue to satisfy my customer and I refunded back the $50 unlocking fee, on April 3, 2015 he already took the money and left, Because simple mobile when activate one phone it is not refunded I will attach my store policy which clearly states that new purchased plans and activation fees are non refundable.
