Yarnell Security systems has absolutely horrendous customer serviceThey are inflexible, discourteous, and have only ever made our company feel like a burden or a problem, instead of working to address any issues we haveIn over a year or so that I have been (personally) working with them, they rarely call to make us aware when they will be doing inspections, they overcharge every service call we've needed, and quite frankly have pushed new products or upgrades instead of fixing the existing issuesEven as we have tried to switch to a new company, Yarnell had us tied up for days despite calling every hour on the hour to contact anyone in leadershipThey consistently pushed off unlocking and releasing our current system to our new contractorIn the past my complaints taken to the owners, (when I actually receive a response) have only ever received snarky responses, condescending explanations, and ultimately blame pushed onto us as the customerOur company has been a customer for over a decade, and all of the records from before I was here state the same thing-- we have been dissatisfied since day one, and vocal about it, yet Yarnell has done nothing to address these issues

Yarnell Security systems has absolutely horrendous customer service. They are inflexible, discourteous, and have only ever made our company feel like a burden or a problem, instead of working to address any issues we have. In over a year or so that I have been (personally) working with them, they rarely call to make us aware when they will be doing inspections, they overcharge every service call we've needed, and quite frankly have pushed new products or upgrades instead of fixing the existing issues.
Even as we have tried to switch to a new company, Yarnell had us tied up for days despite calling every hour on the hour to contact anyone in leadership. Our company has been a customer for over a decade, and all of the records from before I was here state the same thing-- we have been dissatisfied since day one, and vocal about it, yet Yarnell has done nothing to address these issues.
