After purchasing a LED Television from [redacted] , I went ahead and got the insurance for full protectionWhich was good since the Television began to have issuesI filed my claim with the insurance and [redacted] and was able to schedule a date for a technician to come and repair itI even received an email confirming the appointmentIt was unfortunate that I was to provide and all day window of 8am-5pmRegardless I stayed home and patiently waitedBy 3pm I began to worry and called the number that was provided for the tech assigned to my caseYartech however failed to answer the phone and the automated message suggested I textWhich I did, but also received no responseI then called again at 4:30pm and he finally answeredAsked if I had heard from the technician yet? I told him that I had not and he said he would call me backI googled this business and the address is a homeThe automated message was in the same voice as the guy I spoke toI am pretty sure he is the only employee and had no intention of coming out todayMy time is as valuable as any onesIf you get assigned this third party repair man...request a different company....one that shows upFound out that they "kicked the service call back"So after two weeks and a day of waiting he decided not to complete the jobI asked for and received a different service company
