This person purchased a trial membership through my website (Weeks of Training for $69) A few days later I received a vulgar, nasty voicemail swearing and calling me a fraud The woman said she could not find my location so therefore I was a fraud Then she said I would not return her calls, I only received one and it was the nasty voicemail I tried to contact her through calling, texting and emailing with no response I then refunded her $and have not heard from her at all This person was very aggressive and rude in her voicemailIt is very upsetting that this person would go to such extreme before trying to rationally work out any problem she may have I have been in business for years in the same location and have never before had any issues with customers

return her calls, I only received one and it was the nasty voicemail.  I tried to contact her through calling, texting and emailing with no response.  I then refunded her $69 and have not heard from her at all.  This person was very aggressive and rude in her voicemail. It is very upsetting that this person would go to such extreme before trying to rationally work out any problem she may have.  I have been in business for 4.5 years in the same location and have never before had any issues with customers.
