I have been to so many places searching for the right ring for right costi was getting exhausted and tiredi was heading back to my car with my husband and he said lets stop by one more place before leaving which was yas's jewelery storei fell in love with this one ring but it was over my price limitthe staff has been so helpful and kind and patient while we were trying to figure things outthey called the store owner and I explained my situation , the owner was able to help me stay in my budget range and still get the ring I wantedthe staff and the owner were all so patient and helpfulthey gave me a huge discount on the ring I fell in love withi highly recommend this placei will be going back to get my wedding bandthank you Yas and staff

I put a deposit on a watch for my husband for Christmas, I was going to pick it up the following week because I was with him at the time and wanted to surprise him I ended up going to the hospital and was out of commission for a while This evening I went back to pick up the watch and was told that they didn't have it on site I asked for my deposit to be refunded and was told no I was never contacted by the store during this time period and was never informed of any policy pertaining to the refund of deposits Yas, the person I spoke to, was condescending and rude and is keeping my $when I have no merchandise

In my opinion this is not a good company to do business withWhen they moved suddenly out of my area and it was no longer convenient to take my ring in for required inspection every six months or seek him out everytime I needed repair under the warranty service agreement I purchased (in addition to the price of the ringSo I ask for a refund of the $I paid for a service he could not provideHe refused Just thought I would share my personal experience

I fell in love with this one ring but it was over my price limit. the staff has been so helpful and kind and patient while we were trying to figure things out. they called the store owner and I explained my situation , the owner was able to help me stay in my budget range and still get the ring I wanted. the staff and the owner were all so patient and helpful. they gave me a huge discount on the ring I fell in love with. I highly recommend this place. I will be going back to get my wedding band. thank you Yas and staff

So I came into the mall looking for a ring with my Fiance. I came into the store with her to get an idea on their rings and to receive their sales talk and to see if my Fiance liked their rings. We got shown rings by a lady whose name I cannot remember and we asked a lot of questions on their current stock. During this time frame, Yas the co-owner of the business came over to help his sales assistant. Yas progressively tried his up most to sell a ring to me and my Fiance but constantly kept asking for her to leave and talk with the assistant to talk with me privately. He showed us a diamond that was flashed to us several times but never offered to show us the diamond with the loop and was never shown extremely up close. His assistant and Yas never explained the diamond quality, or any of the standard diamond talk we received from the dozen or so other places we had been before. He convinced my Fiance that she would love the diamond and convinced me to buy the diamond for a set amount. He then rang me through the register and we went on our merry way. He told us it would take 2-3 weeks to get the ring ready, and I was already charged for the ring despite it needing to be worked on. Around 3 weeks later, I inquired about the ring again to see why it was late, the two times I called before I didn't reach Yas as he was the only one who could tell me the status of her ring. He let me know that it still isn't ready and it will take around another week or two to finish the re-sizing and setting the stone. I then asked about the certification of the diamond and he said there was none. So we talked and agreed to go half on the certification of the diamond. I wanted to see the ring before it got sent off with my father. So we came in about a week later and he showed us the ring to our dismay. The diamonds around the ring were extremely shiny and radiant as they should be, but the center stone was at best cloudy/milky and horrible quality with inclusions at the top. Yas then stated that it doesn't matter because she "loved it" but when I sent the picture, all my Fiance asked was why it was so cloudy. At that point we tried to get it switched out for a better quality smaller diamond. During this time all Yas kept asking was how much more we were willing to spend (asked at minimum 3 times). Each time we replied that we will not be spending more. To which he responded he was limited on what he could sell me then since the payment cannot be changed. I asked if we put a lesser size diamond and the value was less than the previous diamond, would we receive any of the money back since the value of the ring changed. He said no to this question 3 times, each time stating that once a payment has been made, it cannot be changed. Due to that, we were done discussing the ring and decided to get a return of the money I paid. He stated that the money cannot be returned because we cannot return the ring. We let him know that the ring was not in our possession so this wasn't a "return" as he stated, the ring was not accepted and we never had the ring under our possession. Despite this, he would not do anything further to either refund a portion of the money for the value change of the ring or refund all the money for the ring. We then left the store without the ring and contacted the credit card company to refund the payment since the ring was not up to standards and we never received the ring. The credit card company then refunded the money and notified them the refund was approved. They responded with a document stating I could not receive a refund since their policy strictly forbade it. They also included a note of text explaining their end, to which they lied 3 times, they stated they talked to us about diamond quality which was false. They stated the custom job took 10-15 days in which it took around 25 days before I called and got told it would take another week or two. They initially stated the custom job would take 2-3 weeks , so they lied twice in that portion of the statement. They stated we "picked" out another diamond when me and my father returned to see the ring, but this never occurred or accepted on our end. Yas was unwilling to refund a portion of the money for the lower cost ring and so we didn't select a diamond to "replace it". He called me 1-2 weeks after the refund was requested in person, all of a sudden letting me know the ring was ready to picked up since the diamond was switched out. I then informed him we already requested a refund through the credit card company and he said "good luck" to. They also implied that I took possession of the ring and then submitted the request for refund be denied and the charge reinstated on the bill. They also stated that they would take a $8000 dollar loss for a ring still in their possession if the money was returned. Since there was no change in his stock and only an $8000 dollar addition to his account, this is also false. The most that was lost was white gold if any was added to increase the ring size, and the time it took to "customize" the ring.
All in all, he ended up lying multiple times in person (stated we were told about the diamond quality and his assistant talked with us about it, when she didn't because he interrupted before we even got to that portion of her sales pitch") and in an official statement provided to a credit card company. Provided "records" that stated we could not receive the money back because it was a refund despite never showing me the return policy and just including it in the envelop unsigned. He never let me cancel the order despite all the issues and I never received delivery of the product that he billed me for.

Great experience! And I mean relative to 10 other jewlery in the area... Friendly and honest, but most importantly - does not inflate price (if you do your research you'll know what diamonds cost). VERY SATISFIED.

Review: Three rings were left here to be made into one ring workmanship was poor at best the ring had to be taken to another jeweler to be fixed chose not to let store fix the problem because we were told all work is done inhouse we found out this was not true also purchise a new ring that was to be sized this was not done when we went in to pick up both rings we did not want to pay for for the poor workmanship but was made to since they were holding a 1,100.00 deposit.Desired Settlement: Would like 370.00 refund for the poor workmanship on the three rings,it has cost me another 120.00 to have th ring fixed.

As Yas and co jewelers strive to make all of their clients completely satisfied through offering custom made,lay away ,on premises repair ,over night special orders, watch and clock repair and much more of a wide array of services,[redacted] did visited our store for repair and his wife came to pick it and she signed the receipt that she is happy and left our store ,but few 'DAYS' later I ran into her at one of the stores in the mall and she complained that she 'MAY' need the ring to be a bet tighter in size even though ,the repair was completely finished I happily offered to do additional work at no charge .which I did then she picked it up and put a band in lay a way for $ 1100 which can not be sized and I had to order her husband size.I had to be over seas for business related matter ,when she came to pick it up and asked my assistant that she is not happy !! and willing to cancel the lay away and the special order which was hard as the band was custom to fit his finger .and concerning the repair it is a policy that we can and will work on it numerous time until the customer is happy and satisfied and it is kind hard in her case after ordering parts and melting gold to take money back specially we did offer to work on it until she is happy which is our main goal .

I had my engagement ring designed here and was 100% satisfied with the results. It's a beautiful and unique ring that I still love. I also come for jewelry repairs and always feel satisfied with service and results.thanks yas for bieng amazing help to us

Review: I purchased a Diamond wedding ring from [redacted] Jewelers in mid 2013. The same day I went to pick up my ring, the main diamond fell out. I took the diamond back right away, because I had purchased the extended warranty he replaced the diamond. However a few months later I had the diamond checked out by another store and was told the main diamond and one of the side diamonds both had scratches. Making my ring worthless for trade in or selling. I took the ring back to the store and they knew who I was because I had been trying to get a hold of the [redacted]) for 2 months to fix a scratch that was made from one of his employees or himself when the diamond was replaced. I had my receipt each time I had gone in to have it repaired. The man who was filling in for [redacted] said he was unable to fix the ring and I needed to wait for him to come back. In the mean time we had moved 2 times while waiting for our new house to be built and my receipt I had had each time was misplaced. Finally I was able to meet with [redacted], who has a copy of my receipt for his records, said he couldn’t fix my ring for free, he would fix the diamond but he would charge me for the labor. Normally this would be kind, however, I received the ring damaged and had my receipts each time he wasn’t there for months. Not only was one diamond scratched but two, along with the main diamond falling out the same day of purchase. I turned the ring in for all the repairs on 12-15-13 and on the receipt; the promised date of pick up is 12-25-13. It is now 1-13-14 and he still has not given me my ring repaired. I have tried to call him to see when it will be ready and he keeps telling me a week, or a day ect. My complaint is that this company has not only sold me scratched diamonds, and flimsily merchandise but has not been willing to replace the product in a timely manner or with the promised extended warranty coverage I originally purchased. This company needs to be investigated on all the diamonds being sold, and the customer service they offer.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for the purchase. If that is not a option then I would like a fully repaired ring in a in a decant amount of time. I would like this company to be investigated to see if they are selling flawed diamonds. I would also like there to be a second way of viewing a extended warranty verses the only option is to save the flimsy carbon copy receipt, that fades over time. Last but not least I would like this company to uphold their promise dates for pick up within a reasonable amount of time. 29 days is not an understandable amount of time to wait for a repair. Please help me, and others that were affected by this business.
