Customer returned to our shop.  We replaced his bad tire, but it was not the same one that he had replaced in December. He thought it was because the tires had been rotated.  We only charged for the cost of the tire for customer satisfaction.  We are very sorry for the confusion....

Enclosed is a check for $215.64 – the full reimbursement for the repair.   Labor $131.50 Parts – belt 69.95 Shop Supplies 9.99 Taxes 4.20 $215.64   We hope that you will give us another chance to service your car.
