On 10/14/Terry W with Equity Publishing presented a publication called Grand Living to our veterinary practice for advertisingWe signed a contract and paid by check $1,We were told that the creative department would be in contact with us for the publication and that this would move very quickly because the deadline for this was 10/31/As the deadline approached and we hadn't heard from MrWI attempted to contact himThe phone Number I had for him did not work and the email bounced backI was able to track him down by another phone number I foundHe explained that their behind on this deadline and that he would be in contact via email today to make arrangementsThat email did not comeIt is now 12/1/and we have yet to here from MrwHe will not return calls or emailsand No publication for Grand living has been publishedI

I met w/ Mr [redacted] on 1/19/and could write the same review as the prior reviewer I paid $for an ad in the [redacted]  Magazine, only to send the copy in and have the email address bounce backHis contact information is false, his websites are downWhen I finally reached him, which wasn't easy as his phone numbers were disconnected, thank god for [redacted] , he acknowledged that they are down and gives alternates when questioned after the fact He has utilized letterhead from local [redacted] to bilk people out of moneyI can specifically identify theft from [redacted] in Tigard OR and [redacted] in Lake OswegoHe then goes into the Community and targets businesses that would benefit from ads in their magazine I have since learned this is a regular thing for him, coming to an area every 2-yearsHe says he will reimburse me my money but I've yet to see it since he and I spoke in late JanuaryHe also said

Mr W [redacted] came to me on 06-14-said he was selling advertising for a magazineI agreed to advertise with the company he showed me, and paid Mr W [redacted] in fullI contacted Mr W [redacted] on several occasions to get up dates on when it was going to be publishedHe keep putting me offI contacted the place the magazine was being produced for on 09-20-and they informed me they were not working with Mr W [redacted] on any projectI contacted Mr W [redacted] and he agreed to refund me all my moneyAfter contacting him over times he gave me $of the $he owed me I can't get him to return my phone calls or pickup mail I have sent him Can you help me?
