Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below As per the response Work performed was work done on the car of Mr *** No work was done by or for my request There is no reason for Mr [redacted] to be paid 5,000$ for the non sale of a vehicle Any response to me is the same to you He is keeping the money per his lawyerThere is no full reason as to the retention of the monies As per his response, only 1000$ or so was actually done But this is work Mr [redacted] did on his own propertyThere is no benefit of any kind from me, nor was any of this requested by myselfAs for the cost The initial agreement was for 16k, and thus the depositAs per Mr [redacted] own admission, this is not a price he would accept, and thus changed the agreement There is no complaint to this matter Only that deposit to be returned was requested Regards, [redacted]
