On 04/10/2017 Yates Delivery LLC delivered flooring to Mr. [redacted].  Mr. [redacted] was called by the delivery team, he requested to leave the flooring in the room.  It is against store policy to leave merchandise without the customer's permission.  We are not responsible to know the...

weight limit of his floor, we put the flooring where the customer request.On 05/09/2017 one moth after the delivery Mr. [redacted] turned in a claim with Home Depot for damaged floor.  Yates Delivery LLC received the claim on 05/17/2017, I talked to my insurance company and they suggested I send letter to Mr. [redacted] on 05/19/2017 denying any negligence on this claim.On 05/23/2017 Mr. [redacted] came to Yates Delivery LLC demanding something be done.  He told his side of the story, but would not let me explain my side he kept cutting me off when I tried to talk so I ask him to leave.  He says he tried to call, but the phone lines were down due to recent flooding. An insurance adjuster had been assigned to this claim by the Insurance of Yates Deliverys LLC.
