This is in response to the above complaint regarding AeroCare Home Medical. [redacted] received a piece of equipment from our company in April 2013. He had a deductible for his insurance that had not been met and was required to pay $851.71. The total charges were $2174, $1,322 were adjusted leaving a balance of $852. He paid $578 which left a balance due of $274. He owes the balance and his account was turned over to collections.
