Yaufey Corporation

I bought a Yaufey dehumidifier. It does not work correctly. They have not responded to requests for help.
On March 15, 2020, I bought a Yaufey 30 Pint Dehumidifier (Order # XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX). I set up the dehumidifier the end of May and the water from the unit would not drain out of the attached hose, it would just flow into the unit's bucket. I tried everything I could think of to make it work. On June 8, 2020, I tried to call their customer service line, I found on their website. There was no company identifier on the machine message, just "leave a message". I did. I sent an email to their customer service address on the same date. On June 9, 2020, I received an automatic reply asking for more information about the product. I replied the same day. Since then I have heard nothing. I have called and left messages multiple times and I have emailed 5 more times. I have not received a response on any of it. It is now June 24, 2020 and I have no expectations of ever getting a response from Yaufey.

I bought a Yaufey pressure cooker from Amazon. It worked fine for about 5 months, then stopped working properly. I contacted Yaufey since it had a 1-year warranty. They seemed like they were going to work with me and asked for pictures of the problem. I sent them a video. After that, I never heard from them. I repeatedly emailed and called(always an answering machine), but still nothing. Amazon ended up giving me a refund even though it was past the time that they should.
