Yavapai Bottle Gas

Our scheduled delivery was today, Friday for our neighborhood. Customer service set up our appointment and although they couldn't promise a specific time, they did contact, Dave our delivery man, who arrived within the estimated time frame. Dave was professional and pleasant and my husband was impressed with his attitude. Customer service was very helpful and professional as well. Thank you!

YBG has been extremely helpful providing me with propane, on a cost effective basis. The owner, delivery driver, and field service individual, have been very professional, courteous, informative, and knowledgeable. My account is new, and has been everything I did not receive from my former supplier, since it changed hands to a larger corporation.

I have been two weeks without propane in January. Yavipai Bottle gas has failed to serve me. I owe them no money and have requested to have my tank filled twice. They have not complied. I told them to come and take their tank. they were there the next day. Great service....

As a 100% disabled veteran, having yavapai bottle gas as my propane supplier wasn't worth the cost. It cost 45.00 for the 1st year, and each time I called to have my tank filled, it went up 10cents per gal. Now at 2.99 per gal. I decided to go with ferral gas, because, my 1st year is free, and my price per gallon will be the same price each fill, so I can stay on a budget. Yavapai gas told me that it wasn't policy to return the 45.00 yearly fee, but, she would refund the remainder of my propane in my tank after they picked it up. Never said a word about a cost to pick up their tank. I had 16.9 gallons left in my tank.I called today, since it had been a couple weeks to ask if I could get back the money that was do me, and she said"there's a tank pick up charge of 49.99 and we are at a 00.$balance. I don't know how they stay in business when they lie and cheat their customers!!! Former and never again customers, [redacted]

I have been a customer of Yavapai Bottle Gas for several years.
I live in a rural area and Yavapai Bottle Gas tailors their service and their lease agreements for my unique situation.
The service is excellent. The prices are reasonable and the service is tailored to my specific needs
A good, honest dealing outfit, easy to do business with.

On three separate occasions I have come to this company with odd requests and each time they have not only exceeded my expectations but done so for a very reasonable fee. The last time I had a barbecue tank that was all plugged up,and a weed burner that didn't work properly and had too short of a hose. It was 3:30 Friday afternoon. I fully expected that I would have to leave my project until Monday for them to get to it however to my surprise they jumped right on my project and finished it so I left with my completed project in an hour and this is not the first time this has happened. I might add the price they charged was very reasonable as well. Good people!

I moved into a Mobil home I was there 2 weeks in winter to thugs knocked on my door they were going to take my tank!! no notice of eney kind! the thugs were on the phone with [redacted] the owner! I asked for time to find out what the problem was [redacted] told the thugs NO TAKE THE TANK !!! and by the way it was half full!! in winter my gas was stolen by Yavapai bottle gas after I told [redacted] I was going to call the cops and report my gas bent stolen they showed up the next morning with a check for my gas!! this was just wrong and not legal . PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPENY
