I'm sorry to hear this complaint by a customer my intentions are always to please my customersHowever my policy has always been no returns once the product is purchased, I have always have the same policy as it is posted large around my kiosk so everycustomer can seeThey are hair products we

They did our hair while we were there and they promised that my daughter's hair would stay curled for days - which was a huge seller for meThe picture attached is just a couple hours after he did her hair not days later, just hoursInstead of even trying to use the product that I bought, I brought it straight back to asked for a refund since it didn't work as he promisedI should not have to keep a product that doesn't workAll I want is my money back for the defective product or I would like to take further action.I tried speaking with them twice after returning to the mall, so there is no purpose talking to them again unless they promise to give me my money back - and my understanding is that he said no, but he wants to talk to me and that is NOT an option that I will accept because I tried to talk to him twice and during those conversations, he threatened to call security and his lawyer on me if I didn't go away - all of this in front of my year old daughter. The product, along with the "free" gifts are still untouched in their toteI've shopped at plenty of kiosks and all of the "no refund" places have it clearly marked and I have been told ahead of time before I buyThere should also be an exception for defective productsSo, since they are adament that this product works and I should have to keep it, I believe that they should have to prove to someone that the product that they sold me does work after leaving (purchasing) and that is also not a knock-offThere is an actual company that these can be ordered from, so I'm interested to know what the company who developed this product thinks about them selling them and their business practices. I believe there are many other ways to rectify this situation so I do not have to keep a product that does not work as promised and sold under pretenses
