***,we do apologize for the miscommunication on your order. Unfortunately we were unable to fulfill that order in a reasonable amount of time. We were hoping that item would come in, but when it didn't we refunded you on 4/and our system says it emailed you, but of course it could
have ended up in a spam filter or something. Again we apologize for the issue with your order, I will have someone email you a promo code to use on a future order for the inconvenience

'47 ran a promotion offering a free hat to our customers. In this promotion sent out, it clearly states 1 hat per order. (see attached).This customer was expained to repetitively and a copy of this promo was also emailed over for them to review, once again!This customer tried to place one order for...

10 hats, which  we do not allow, as stated in promotion.I have attached a copy of the promotion that was sent out to our customers and posted on our social media pages so that you can see how clear it is and what we were offering.'47 does not feel in any way that we owe this customer 9 additional hats, as our offer was clear and to the point.Best,'47 team

[i reject the response due to the fact I never accept any discount that the company offered me. They did in fact offer it, but I responded to the offer and turned it out, asking only for the item I ordered. I ordered the selected item and would only like that in return. Being a manager in retail myself, it would be only right and ethical to honor the price displayed on the item in question. If tagged or advertised wrong, it would be only right to honor the mistake and not deny the customer the misprinted/mislabeled item. Thank you. ]

Thank you for reaching out to us.'47 feels that we are well within our rights, as explained in detail under our "Terms and Conditions" to deny the shipment of Mr. [redacted]'s order. Mr. [redacted] was notified that he would not be receiving an item that was misprinted and that '47 would gladly...

compensate him with a generous discount toward that same item as well as his total order multiple times. Mr. [redacted] accepted the discount on an order placed after his complaint which makes me wonder if this world has come to someone simply looking for something-for-nothing, so to speak.Please read the following which is just a portion of our "terms and conditions" that clearly states '47's rights to deny any order:"‘47 may cancel an Order at any time because the Order contains an incorrect price, requests Product that Customer is not authorized to sell, or for any other reason, even if ‘47 has acknowledged or confirmed that Order or has received payment for that Order."I ask that you kindly review further our "terms and conditions" if need be and come to agreement that '47 clearly states that we had the right to refuse shipment of Mr. [redacted]'s product. '47 is a long-time, well reputable, family owned business who more than often goes well above and beyond to make sure our customers are happy and come back again and again. However, when the time sees fit to step in when being taken advantage of, we hope you see our side on this issue.
